Dog Training Key Skills
If you don’t need all the bells and whistles of the other programs and you’re interested in just being able to walk your dog nicely down the Greenline, through Midtown, or around your neighborhood, not jump on you, and come in from the backyard when called, then this is the program for you!
The Walk and Recall Essentials course is designed to teach your dog the essentials for polite behavior, including walking nicely on a leash, not jumping on people, and a basic come command. This focused training program helps to create a well-mannered, obedient companion, who can confidently and calmly navigate the world by your side.
This training program typically lasts 1 week and is only available as an In-Home program. For each session a trainer will pick your dog up from your home and have a training session in your neighborhood or a nearby park in the Memphis area and then drop your dog back off. At the completion of the program you will have a Graduation Session in which you will be shown how to use and reinforce your dog’s new skills.
